I am publishing a book in September and I am designing a journal to accompany the book. The journal will be a 6x9 book and will be printed with both KDP (amazon) and Ingram Spark. The book cover has already been designed. It will be a 100 page-journal and each page will have soft watercolours on it. The palet is purple, pink, white and indigo. Each page will have either a quote or some artwork, all will be provided for you. No page numbers are necessary. The font will be lemon yellow sun (I only want to use this font throughout the journal). I will add some examples below of copy that can be used. Below is the book cover, page 1 of the diary, and some of the artwork and quotes. I have also included some of the artwork to be used. All of my work is in the first 5 images, the rest is an inspiration from another journal that I love. I have also just added some extra artwork that can be used, and some text too. Sometimes the art has colour, and other time it doesn't as the watercolours on the page will come through on the image instead. I have so much artwork, this is just an example. I absolutely love the watercolours that are used in the example journal, so if we can do something like this, it would be perfect. All of the artwork I will supply will be either pink, indigo, purple, grey, white and black. If you feel its fitting you can also use your own imagery along with mine - the feel is moons, stars, crystals, dragonflies, butterflies, all very spiritual. I would prefer watercolour images I feel they would work best along with my block colour designs. If the block colour isn't working, I can provide transparent images so the watercolour on the page will come through the image? I have included some examples below. Also, should you win the contest, would you prefer me to give you 50 quotes and 50 images and you decide what goes where or would you like me to do this? I am happy for you to bring your artistic flair to this project too. My deadline is Aug 15th which is just under 4 weeks. **Please note, I need to have a blank space on each page to write, so the quote and picture will need to be on either the corner, top or bottom of the page. I can't have just a quote/ picture on one page and then writing on the other page. I only have 100 pages to work with. See examples given for clarification**.
