Design a fancy cover+basic layout for an e-book-based recipe book for the new fasting technique FMD

We created a book full of recipes for the new & promising fasting type "FMD" - the "Fasting Mimicking Diet (FMD)". It is a fast you should do 2-4 times per year in order to boost your health and longevity. However, you need a lot of time to prepare the fast, this is why this books helps you with the calculation of the calories and with easy but delicious recipes so that you can save a lot of time & stress in the supermarket and while cooking.

The book will be an Amazon e-book and will be also available as a paperback book. We need: a) a beautiful cover of the book that looks professional, scientific and delicious. b) a rough outline how the book could look inside (text + recipes with spreadsheets) --> it should be suitable for Amazon e-books and easy to use for us ideally as a Microsoft Word format where we can add the text & recipes.

Regarding the cover: The title of the book is: "Mimic Fasting Recipes - The Fasting Mimicking Diet Meal Plan - 30 time-saving recipes " The following information is important (besides the title) and could be integrated on the cover: 1. The kind of food you are allowed to eat: - vegetables - nuts & seeds - oils - water & tea - NO fruits except a lemon for a bit of taste --> please see picture attached for and example 2. The amount of calories you can eat: - it is a 5-day fast - on the first day you eat 1.100 kcal, on day 2-5 you eat 800kcal each day. --> one idea could be to put the food that you are allowed to eat as picture in the background, while on the front you have the title + a graph showing day 1-5 with calories per day (e.g in chalk fonts) Hope that is understandable. Do not hesitate to ask & come up with your own ideas! :-)
