Creating application design for Scattre (http://Scattre.com).
Kim did a great job understanding the mockups and the further clarifications and was flexible when changing drafts. I can recommend Kim.
- CalmSpark App Design
It was a pleasure working with CalmSpark. He is more than just a designer. He has shown excellent communication skills and was able to break down the work nicely. He took his time researching similar projects to make a better judgement of what could work. Whenever I had an idea how to improve something, he could take it and polish it even further. He takes his time to make sure he understands the product so that the design exhibits a concise and clear message. I can highly recommend him.
How TimeToEnjoy started their app design journey
What industry do you think your business is most related to?
Entertainment & The Arts
"Time to Enjoy" is an iOS app which has been released and is available from the app store. It uses your existing calendar to search and schedule activities around your city, or when you travel. If you are outside of US set your city for example to San Diego (where we are located) and search for events to see how the app works.
What do you have in mind for the style and theme of the app?
We are seeking these design:
Professional - a lot of our customers are travelers, people on the go who use calendar and keep their schedules.
Fun - the app searches for fun things to do, so it has to have a touch of fun and spontaneity
Clean - the app should breath
Simple - simple
Inspiring ideas for the visual design ... but it's really your creativity that can take our app to the next level:
1. "Square" (iphone app) / squareup.com - clean and professional
2. "Units" - professional
4. "Instagram" - fun
5. "Twitter" - clean / simple
6. "Momento" - simple
Time to Enjoy
"Time to Enjoy" team is looking for a new design direction for the app, and upcoming features. We are searching for the best visual design on "one" existing screen in the app ,where you would show off your proposed color palette/style/font/sizing and overall visual design/interactive design (any improvements you think this screen needs.
The screen is attached, however to get a good understanding of the product and it's functionality to help with design approach, download and try "Time to Enjoy".
We would like to work with the winning designer on defining the visual style guide for our developers, and updating the app's remaining screens (adjusting to larger size of iPhone 5), including website to have one overall experience for "Time to Enjoy".
