Modern and minimalistic app design for a personal life assistant

LIV is a new digital life assistant (called “LIV”) that supports users in their everyday life. The first three skills of our assistant help you to • organize your documents (scanning, automatic sorting, intelligent search etc.) • manage your finances (account integration, expenditure overview, reminder of payments and notification of receipts) and to • manage your contracts (automatic contract recognition, reminder of cancellation deadlines and automatic cancellation from within the app). Additionally, the landing page helps you to manage your daily tasks. What makes us special? As a result of our privacy-by-design architecture the user's data is only accessible by the user while the synergies of the data are utilized for additional use cases. For example, a payment date can be read from an invoice document and the banking account can be checked to see if the payment has already been received and is correct. Target Group(s): Employee or Self-Employed target group with the following properties: • Age group 18 to 54 • Medium to high income • Digital affinity • Has administrative/ organizational effort in business/ private life (documents, contracts, finances, taxes etc.) • Potentially already uses existing document-, finance-, contract applications

• The application is currently in its Design Discovery Phase (Therefore we do not have brand colors/ guidelines yet) • Color Scheme: No fixed color scheme. You can orient on the colors of our Avatar, but up to now we liked the blue colors on the bottom navigation – but we are open for any new suggestions • Logo: No fixed logo yet, the avatar as a logo is one of the possibilities. • The application will first be released in Light Mode but Dark Mode is planned in the next months • As a reference design you can check the Reflectly app or any other modern & minimalistic design (https://reflectly.app/ ; but please don’t just “copy paste” it) The app is programmed in Flutter for both mobile platforms (iOS & Android). A consistent design across both platforms is desired.

LIV Life Assistant

We attached some wireframes and screenshots of our current design. The screens surrounded by the blue rectangle are in focus (Home Page, Document Home Page, Finance Home Page, Contract Home Page, Contract Details). Since we are interested in the entire app design, we would like to find someone who is as passionate about the application as we are. You can reorder the elements, use different styles, fonts etc. Feel free to run wild with your creativity :-) All screens are described in the attached wireframes. P.S.: Instead of Photoshop, you can use Sketch, Figma, Xd too.
