About us

Buyer and Seller of lake front cottages in Muskoka, Canada.

What's your vision?

A lifestyle cover that conveys cottage living. I want it to generate an emotional want for the reader. The brand book is a suggestion for colour mainly. I'm open to creative text for title. The Brief

Other notes

I need both front and back covers designed. This could be one large photo that spans both cover or a bunch of photos. I can supply more if needed. I'm open to filters, knockout effects, transparency frames for text etc. I would like a bold and strong title -not necessarily large. See "real living" example in reference section. I've attached some samples. The front cover needs to include: Title: REAL ESTATE Subtitle: cottage, residential and land "Cottage Life Edition 2017" "Logo" "Muskoka, Lake of Bays, Almaguin, Algonquin Highlands" (these are the areas that are covered in the magazine) The back text is attached below. Total spread size is 17" x 11" with 1/8 bleed and 1/4 margins.
