Proudly serving Jurupa Valley and Eastvale
Community & Non-Profit
The Jurupa Community Services District (JCSD) is celebrating its 60th Anniversary. We are a municipal government agency in Southern California that provides a range of utility and municipal services such as water, wastewater/sewer, parks and recreation and graffiti abatement. For the first 55 years of our business, JCSD served areas that were in unincorporated portions of the County of Riverside. Over the past 5 years, these unincorporated regions transitioned into two separate cities. JCSD's territory now serves the City of Eastvale and a significant portion of the City of Jurupa Valley. JCSD would like its new logo to recognize this change in local governance. The characteristics of the two cities are different. The City of Eastvale is a new master-planned community of over 60,000 people. It was predominantly dairy farms prior to city incorporation. The City of Jurupa Valley was predominantly a community with a rural, ranch equestrian lifestyle even though there also exists a large industrial warehouse element to the city demographics. One of the elements in our 60th Anniversary celebration is to recognize the achievements of the past and look forward to our future service to the community. JCSD is searching for a new logo design to recognize our past, incorporate the cities we serve and establish a recognizable brand to our customers. The logo must also blend with the style of our new website which can be viewed at www.jcsd.us. We will consider logos that fully spell out the district's name similar to the current logo and also consider logos that use only the initials JCSD.
