xBS Gaming Needs a New Logo!

The xBS Gaming Community is in serious need of a complete visual overhaul. We are intiating this transformation with a new logo.

Desired Color Scheme:
We like blue colors as you can see in our website, but we are open to any and all design ideas.

Desired Style:
We are primarily PC Gamers, but we do have a select few console gamers as well; something relating to our pc gamers would be okay. We are looking for a design that will solidify us, and can be easily recognized out of the hundreds of other logos. This is

The xBS Gaming Community is in serious need of a complete visual overhaul. We are initiating this transformation with a new logo.

We cater to gamers who don't wish to deal with all of the BS that comes along with this form of entertainment. We have grown from a group of 5 friends into almost 100 active members. We are wanting to take our community to the next level, and to do that, we need a more visually-stimulating image. This starts with your talent at designi
ng our new logo.

We will be using this logo for print/media/video/apparel, as well as on the website.

Our professional gaming team will also be using this logo when attending any gaming events, and we will also list your sponsor ad on our website once our redesign is complete.

We again are really open to design ideas, and no design or designer will be demeaned, disrespected, or not thanked for their attempt, as we pride ourselves and our community in the utmost of respect for others.

First and Second-Place prizes will be awarded to the top two designs, and we will require the logo design from each of the top two winners in .psd format. We would most likely require a transparent background, as the applications for this logo will be many.

We will retain the right to this logo, and the designer is more than welcome to feature the logo in his/her portfolio.

Finally, what we also hope to accomplish through this contest is building our base of contacts so that if we need any further design changes or additions (new logo, buttons, etc) we will have the best talent available to call on.
