What does the Brand need to convey?
A pathway to people. Quality care by people who are professional, competent, committed and high-end. RN Pathway is a source for high-quality, qualified, reliable, professional and committed nurses. Our nurses are not just employees, they are stock-holders.
Who Are We Talking To?
Primary: Nurses we are employing. Aged 25-50, mostly female, all ethnical backgrounds, 50k-60k income, national in location. They want to work in a professional environment and seen as first-class, reliable travel nurses who care for the people they care for. Rather than just working for a company, they want to be a part of the company, hold stock in the company and take a general interest in the company and quality of services they provide.
Secondary: The hospitals employing our nurses. The hospitals are tired of hiring second-rate, undependable travel nurses. They want quality, dependability, professionalism and an overall committed workforce.
Are There Any Creative Guidelines?
The brand needs to work in both print and web; b/w and color; small scale and large scale. It needs to be energetic and professional. Simple but rich in style. Please provide the logo in inverse (b/w) color.
Orange is a suggested preference in color.
