High Line Farm
Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
We are grass based farmers selling beef and pork in a natural, serene setting in Northern Michigan where many urban people come to vacation with upscale homes on the water. Our primary customer will be weekenders or couples that live here full time either retired or working from home that have a interest in local food.
What industry do you think your business is most related to?
What colors do you want to see in your design?
To give us an idea of the overall feeling of your brand, let us know which styles you lean towards
Our farm is lined in Spruce trees, so a subtle nod to this would be ideal. All the componets of our name have four letters, so we think a block style with the three words stacked would work well. Additionally, we have breeds which are on the Livestock Conservancy list of Red Devon and Tamworth pigs. Both are a a deep red, almost orange color. We'd like this to be our accent color but the animals but would like our colors to be green because of our grassfed beef and blue as we are located near to Lake Michigan and other big lakes, so the water is very pure and the area is a vacationland with sandy beaches, very clear water and forests. We used to live in New York City before starting our farm, and the High Line was one of our favorite places. Our farm is on a hill and also has large power lines across one end... this is why we chose our name... although we don't want power lines in the logo! We've started a website at http://www.highlinefarm.com, but it was super quick but gives you and idea of our cows and barn.
