Loparka's design was originally a contender in a contest I ran here a couple years ago. I always liked and remembered her design but was talked into awarding the original win to someone else. I regret this for the last few years and finally got in touch with her to make it right, and pay her for her excellent work! It is elegant, well composed, beautiful to look at and just the right touch of classic and modern. Mahalo Nui Loa from Hawaii!
How clint O started their logo design journey
Who are you known as?
Sign (not logo): "The Honey Farm Store"
What’s your company slogan?
The sign is for the front of our farm store. It needs to say "Walker Honey Farm" and "Dancing Bee Winery" but the big message is "The Honey Farm Store"
Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
We are a third generation beekeeping/honey producing business--since 1930. We have a farm store where we sell honey, honey products, mead--honey wine (Dancing Bee Winery), and food. We focus on local, natural, and sustainable. We have a logo for both Walker Honey Farm and Dancing Bee Winery. We want a retro sign for the front of our store that communicates 1) history, 2) farm, 3) natural, and 4) strength.
What industry do you think your business is most related to?
What colors do you want to see in your design?

Greens: Growth, harmony and success.
To give us an idea of the overall feeling of your brand, let us know which styles you lean towards
The space that I have available for signage on the front of "The Honey Farm Store" is a rectangular block that is 25 feet wide and 3 feet high but in the center of that block I have another 2 feet high (for a total of 5 feet high) by 11 feet wide. See diagram attached.
