My company is called Christiansen Venture - the initials CV could be displayed in the logo, can also be completely graphical.

my service is about Sales Management - building and growing international sales organizations for those who want to scale their business in the field of Software and Services, sometimes even products.
The personas I'm selling my service to are typically C-Suite of 100 to 1.000+ organizations. My logo should be simple and elegant, straight forward, honest and friendly.

- to provide training and mentoring on sales methodology and tools

In the end I'm making sales teams and therefore my customers more successful.
The types of characters I'm dealing with are competitive, never give up and understand learning as value. We divide the core sales characters as "hunters" & "farmers".

The types of characters I'm dealing with are competitive, never give up and understand learning as value, but are also very much critical, sometimes cynical. My core challenge is making them becoming a sales team, which is continuously sharing learning and new ideas, sparring with each other.
We divide the core sales characters as "hunters" & "farmers", which I'm rating by their level into A - B - C. The final goal is identifying the A-players and making them A+.
