Who are you known as?
Root & Tail Farm
What’s your company slogan?
Not really, we've been toying around with "Southern Charm done Delicious". But nothing has really stuck yet...
Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
Root & Tail Farm is a small scale sustainable farm and mobile kitchen. We provide seasonal heirloom produce and proteins raw and prepared! We want to provide the best ingredients and ready to eat meals from locally sourced and organically grown goods for our community. We are located on the East coast of Florida, and want to reach out to events and markets within 100 miles. We have laying hens, milking goats, a large organic garden (where we grow whatever madness we can in season), and we are located on an old citrus grove that we're trying to bring back to life. My partner is a chef, and so we are adding the Mobile Kitchen to the mix to bring fresh, local, healthy and delicious food at events, farmers markets, and concerts straight to your face!

We'd like something relatively simple (so hopefully we can get it wrapped on our food truck!) Clean, but conveys good stuff from good people. Hopefully somehow it also evokes both animal, vegetable, and fire (well, not necessarily a fire, but the cooked element...)
