On Purpose Leadership needs a logo

We need a logo! It needs to be suitable for our website and powerpoint slides but should be able to be sized down to business cards and other promotional materials. We've never had a logo before so we are excited to see what the 99designs community can come up with for us!

We need a logo that will work for the web, powerpoint, business cards, and other print material.  We seem to favor a black shadow type of background with art and text in beige but are not stuck on particular colors.  Don't use our website colors as a template because we have no set colors right now.

Our Company

Our vision is to change the culture of workplaces to enable people to be better leaders.  Our foundation is navigating 7 C's of leadership.  Each C will stand for another principle such as change or character. 

Our Audience

We currently work with emergency services organizations but we are looking to expand our market to public and private sector industries.  In the future we see ourselves conducting workshops and keynotes at conferences.

- Professional style...   possibly elegant?
- Logo should make you think "leadership"
- Text to be used should be "On Purpose Leadership" rather than "opleadership.com"
