Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
Mercado la Misión is a community marketplace and swapmeet that services the hispanic demographic of southern California. It is a building, and a market that brings the local Mexican community together to shop for authentic items from Mexico.
We are trying to incorporate elements of the old Spanish Style Mission. The logo needs to communicate, Rustic and Aged, Hispanic Authenticity, and Mexican heritage.
We also believe that this marketplace can be an opportunity for local entrepreneurs to grow their small business and bring their family out of poverty.
One more important element of the brand is that all of the merchandise for sale is steeply discounted, but still offers authentic choices from Mexico.
Do not include any religious crosses.

We like the use of the spanish-style bell, and spanish style arches. The bell should be in a tower, off to one side of the logo. In a figurative sense, when the bell rings, the community comes to the marketplace. The logo will be more classic, the building itself will be more colorful.
