Personal growth community - 1-on-1 coaching for a male-skewing audience

Our product is a peer coaching community. People pay $100 / month to join. And they learn communication skills that enable them to coach one another. The core product is 1-on-1 coaching. It is NOT a group coaching experience, though there is a group accountability component to it via Discord. Our community, Listening Gym, provides the structure, training, accountability, and feedback for a successful experience. The type of coaching is a hybrid of career / life coaching. Not limited to professional topics, though that is a main focus. The target audience is mid-career professionals (5+ years of work experience, ages 27 - 35, who are not sure what they want to do with their lives. They make $150,000 + / year - and tend to work in technology (think Silicon Valley). Some are single. Some are in relationships, but they generally don't have children.
