Joe Dike’s logo design was absolutely a masterpiece. It captured the vision I had. I turned it into big wall sign which stunned my clients , people take pictures of it and post on their social media. Big thanks to Joe Dike!!

Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
The Greenlining Academy Alumni Association (GAAA) is the alumni association of The Greenlining Institute. The Greenlining Institute is a policy, research, organizing, and leadership institute working for racial and economic justice. Greenlining and its alumni envision a nation where communities of color thrive and race is never a barrier to economic opportunity.
We work on a variety of major policy issues, from the economy to environmental policy, civic engagement and many others, because we recognize that economic opportunity doesn’t operate in a vacuum. We don’t see these issues as being in separate silos, but as interconnected threads in a web of opportunity.
We are dedicated to empowering communities of color and other disadvantaged groups through multi-ethnic leadership development through a Leadership Academy. When participants of the Academy graduate, the become alumni and members of the Greenlining Academy Alumni Association.

We'd like the logo to be:
We'd prefer for the GAAA logo to complement the Greenlining Institute's logo (attached and found at http://greenlining.org/) with a modern/simplicity update to it.
Perhaps a nice or fun play on the "G" shape, and adding more vibrant colors, and bold text to spell out the Academy Alumni Association would be great. We also attached a photo of the GAAA Board Members wearing Greenlining Institute shirts to give you an idea of what Greenlining's logo looks like on a t-shirt.
We also like the idea of using both the GAAA acronym and then spelling the entire name around it (example attached).
We're a lot about diversity in case that inspires an idea for the designers!
