How steve.andrusiak started their logo design journey
Who are you known as?
Nasha Kasha - Наша Каша
What’s your company slogan?
Radio for the Ukrainian soul
Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
Nasha Kasha is a weekly half-hour (28 minute) ad-free Ukrainian radio program about Ukrainian life in Canada and beyond. The show is mostly in the English language. 49 episodes have been produced and aired on 3 campus radio stations thus far, and I am about to launch a podcast. I need artwork for i-tunes and other sites. I travel to find and record my stories. Note that Наша Каша uses the cyrillic
alphabet and it is Nasha Kasha spelled in Ukrainian.
What industry do you think your business is most related to?
Entertainment & The Arts
What colors do you want to see in your design?
Other color requirements
My audience (Ukrainian) loves blue and yellow BUT this may be too predictable, so go for it.
To give us an idea of the overall feeling of your brand, let us know which styles you lean towards
lower case informality highlights carrier enforcing the name with the wistful image.
Very industrial but in my opinion the wrong kind of 'urban" feel for a wine that's expected to taste good.
I like the colours and the repeating tail.
simple and humourous.
Gives off a sense of wellness.
Bi-zen works. But bizen with a bison symbol (an animal that runs off cliffs in great numbers) may work against the "intelligence" part of the slogan.
I just like this.
I need attention grabbing podcast art work for i-tunes etc. 1400 x 1400 pixels min to 3000 x 3000 pixels max. Under 500 KB. 72 dpi rob of color. Kasha is porridge (any grain boiled in milk or wheat). In Ukrainian a kasha also means that we find ourselves in "a bit of a mess". Blue and yellow are Ukrainian colours. But the feel should be youthful and loving, with a touch of self-effacing humour.
