The concept of the front wheel is that it is the part of the bicycle that steers and directs you and is a good anaogy for companies needing new strategy but also for people who need new startegy.

My coaching niche is people who want to redirect careers/focus in their lives, perhaps want to leave corproate and set up their own business... it's new bigennings, unblocking energies holding things back etc... its who am I, what do i want , lots of life related matters... for comanies it's helping their staff grow and build relationships... its about "steering" business and perosnal lives into a better direction...
