Organisation: "Die Erbringung allgemeiner Bauleistungen in den Bereichen Trockenbau, Malerarbeiten, Sanierungsarbeiten, Putz- und Fassadenarbeiten, sowie Gebäudedienstleistungen in den Bereichen Reinigung, Hausmeisterservice, Gartenarbeit und Entrümpelung." Zielgruppe: Private Immobilieneigentümer (Wohnung und Mehrfamilienhäuser), Immobiliengesellschaften (u.a. Hausverwaltungen, Bauträger, öffentliche Baugesellschaften), Wohnungsmieter.

Das Design muss einfach und zugleich professionell und vertrauensvoll wirken. Es muss einen schnellen Wiedererkennungswert haben und sollte nicht zu "voll" wirken. Es kann auch versucht werden ,eine Art "Ziegel/ Baustein- Piktogramm" einzubauen (siehe Skizze). Zeitgleich soll das Logo aber auch klassisch wirken, gerne auch versuchen klassische Schriftarten mal zu verwenden als Entwurf (nicht zu modern).
