Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
We sell over 1,500 different repair parts which are primarily used on handheld surgical instruments within the medical device industry. Such examples include: Springs, bolts, screws, carbide inserts & so on.
Our target market is large Medical device companies which have mass amounts of devices being used in the field. Furthermore, we also sell to smaller & local repair shops which may only service a small geographical region. The primary individuals looking at our catalogue and devices are repair professionals themselves who directly service items in large facilities & also repair vans directly at hospitals. I would say mostly men aged 25-60. Mostly of engineering / technical backgrounds.
There's also many middle aged women ordering on behalf of large corporations. We also have doctors (Female & Male) & small private clinics contact us.
We proudly manufacture in Germany and have been in business since 1982.

We have a loyal base of customers who have been purchasing from us for many years. They enjoy our top quality products & customer service.
Since the end products our parts go on are so expensive, Customer's rely upon our high quality, German made, replacement parts to fit and function well & to be durable.
We are constantly looking to add new products to our product portfolio and encourage customer's to always contact us with new product inquiries.
Would not be opposed to an "Established in 1982" somehow incorporated in the design, but also not a necessity.
