About us
Die immocrew GmbH ist eine Firmierung von zwei bekannten Architekten, die im klassischen REAL ESTATE Business agieren. Die immocrew kauft Grundstücke und entwickelt anschließend für diese Projektlösungen wie z.B. Einkaufszentren in Kombination mit Kitas oder verkauft alternativ lediglich die Ideen für die Nutzung der Grundstücke weiter. Die Branche ist allgemein eher spießig und tradiert (gerne mit skylines im logo), Die immocrew ist von der Tonalität her moderner und zeitgemäßer als die Mitbewerber aber absolut professionell und äußerst erfahren in ihrem Kernbereich. Eine weiterführende Markencharakteristik gibt es aktuell nicht. Wir benötigen vor allen Dingen ein modernes Logo mit einem sehr guten Level bzgl. der Designidee und Ausabeitung. Weniger eine Logolösung mit absolutem Tiefgang in der Idee. Also eher super styling, statt super Idee. Die "crew" im Namen hat für die Logogestaltung keine Relevanz.

Die Farbwahl ist aktuell frei und sollte aber aus der Thementonalität entspringen. Neben dem Logo wäre eine Fixierung der Farbwelt + ggf. ein Vorschlag für Typographie der Marke gewünscht.
