hscortese got their new logo design by running a design contest:
New logo wanted for International Caravan, Inc.

We are a wholesale Importer of outdoor furniture made of wicker, faux wicker (PVC), acacia wood, iron. We also import indoor furniture & other home goods like vases, baskets, etc. (think Pier One). It is a family business that was created in 1967. We are evolving with the times & now sell 75% of our product online via sites like Amazon.com (drop ship). As the lines blur between wholesale & retail on these sites, we need a visual brand that communicates who we are & our product.
Logo types to explore
We have a sister company called 'Blazing Needles' & I have attached the new logos for that. BN sells the pillows that go with the furniture & futons. Our website may include both companies so they (the logos)should go together somewhat. I have also attached our current (very outdated!) logos. The Catalog photo booth pics show that we have traditionally used a camel & a globe to represent our company. We would still like to use these as symbols integrated into our logo. Simple & sleek. I would like a simple icon that integrates the two that could be used alone as a company icon & then integrated into the words "International Caravan,Inc." See examples of logos. I picked from the web. I am open to font style. Don't like cartoony or cutesy.
