cspencer got their new logo design by running a design contest:
New logo wanted for The Happy Goat
Check out cspencer's Logo design contest…
The Happy Goat is a small, organic dairy that produces goat's milk that we sell to local cheese makers. Our farm also produces other products, such as meat chickens and seasonal produce.

NOTES FOR THE FINAL ROUND! =========================== Hello finalists! We've been absolutely delighted with the quality of the logos we've received during this contest and wanted to post some clarifications of what we're looking for as we work to refine the logos. My wife and I own a small dairy farm called "The Happy Goat". We are also starting a second company to produce cheese called "La Chèvre Heureuse". We would like the farm and the cheese company to share a logo that is visually similar, differing only in the text present in the logo. For the farm logo the text should read "The Happy Goat" and the subtitle should be "Farm and Dairy". For the cheese company logo the text should read "La Chèvre Heureuse" and the subtitle should be "Artisan Cheeseworks". We are going for a classic, elegant-yet-rustic look in our logos. We'd like to be able to give the impression you'd expect of a small cheese maker/fromagerie in the mountains of southern France. As we have previously mentioned in private messages to several of the designers, we would like to be able to differentiate some of our products (ie. different types of cheese) based on the colours in the logo. We are favouring muted pastel colours over bright and bold colours. We would like to see versions of the logo differentiated by colour, where the colours are a pastel red, green, blue, yellow and brown if possible. It would be great if the logo can also be used effectively in a single colour. Please message me if you have any questions! Thank you all for your fantastic work so far!
