Community & Non-Profit
CrossCourt Christian Athletics is an organization focused on spreading the gospel through the world of youth athletics. CCCA hosts several youth sports tournaments throughout the year all over the Lowcountry, including basketball, dodge ball, flag football, and kickball. Through these tournaments, youth have an opportunity to fellowship, engaging in a fun yet competitive sporting atmosphere, while learning about the Christian faith. We kick off each tournament with a devotional and prayer, and encourage all participants to connect with a local church or youth group. What better way to reach our youth than through the world of athletics!
Logo types to explore
I'd like for the new logo to integrate the Christian cross symbol into the logo. Since the organization will be a sports organization, a logo that will work well on the front of a t-shirt would be optimal...perhaps a logo that's horizontal in aspect. I'd like to see the word "CrossCourt" highlighted in the logo somehow...maybe through a bolder or different font. Then, I'd also like for "Cross" and "Court" to be differentiated somehow also, even though there's no space between the two words...maybe represented with different colors. The three most important elements to convey in the logo will be the cross symbol, the word "Cross" and the word "Court". These should be the three things that the eye is drawn to in the finished logo. Also, the word "CrossCourt" should be one word, with both "C's" capitalized. If the symbol separates the two words, that would be OK in the right situation. But, if separated by a symbol, the two words need to at least flow together. Thanks!
