New logo wanted for Angel's Wish, a kitty rescue!

There is a story behind the name Angel's Wish: Lois, a founding member of Angel's Wish, once rescued a kitten from a construction site. Weak with starvation, dehydration, and a severe upper respiratory infection, neither veterinary treatment nor Lois’ love and care could save the kitten from the effects of that hot June day. Angel died that night in Lois' arms. We believe that Angel's Wish would have been that no other animal be subjected to pain, suffering, abandonment or neglect. To honor Angel's Wish, we are an all volunteer group that primarily finds homes for homeless cats. Our new logo should include a kitten with angel wings. Our current logo is looking dated; it includes a rabbit (we haven't worked with them in 10 years), emphasizes a big dog (most of our dogs are mini schnauzer/terrier types) and has a cat that somewhat gets lost between the dog and the bunny. I've attached the color version and the black and white. We also have included a picture of a graphic we like--not that it would translate to a logo, but gets the feel of what we like. A successful logo will emphasize cats (95% of our adoptions). If a dog is included, it should be a terrier-type dog. Our current website is www.angelswish.org.

We have a bright, cheerful space for families to meet potential pets in Verona we call our Pet Adoption and Resource Center (these are the pictures attached) Most of what we do is finding homes for homeless pets; we do some microchipping, help people with issues so they hopefully don't have to surrender their pets; we have a retail store that helps us raise funds but also sells specialty pet products that help us educate owners
