About us
Break Thru events are different from the typical rage room or smash room experience. Break Thru workshops are hour long experiences designed to aid in personal transformation. They help participants mentally break through limiting beliefs, stress, or negative emotions by physically breaking things. Smashing glasses and bottles is just one part of the process. Workshops also feature mindfulness, visualizations, qi gong, and life coaching elements. Participants typically leave feeling lighter, calmer, and relaxed. The target audience is women ages 25-55 who are interested in wellness, spirituality, and tarot/crystals. Keywords: Edgy, deep, fun, soulful, witchy

I want to visually represent the work "break" somehow, maybe with broken glass. I also like the idea of a feminine hand holding a sledgehammer, crowbar, or baseball bat, with spiritual symbols around but that is not a must have.
