This company is an importer/wholesaler of party supplies. Eg, baloons, hats, poppers, paper cups/plates, streamers, decorations, etc.
They are re-branding with the name "pRtee" (web-version: "pRtee.com".
The have no particular preconceived ideas, just that it be lively, colourful and fun. Go for bright primary colours and party-type themes, but do keep it simple.
UPDATE:
Things I'll be looking favourably on are:
- clean, simple design (avoid streamers, bubbles and fireworks!)
- Approx 4:3 or 4:2 dimensions
- a clear & simple symbol
- thoughtful use of colour
