Lifesavers Mission: Our mission is to provide a sanctuary for saving lives. By rescuing wild mustangs and domestic horses, we provide sanctuary from being abused, abandoned, neglected and ultimately sent to slaughter and instead focus on gentling and adoption. Lifesavers is the largest wild horse rescue in the nation.
Wild Horse Warriors Program: Using equine assisted therapy Lifesavers provides Veterans an effective treatment for Post-Traumatic Stress (PTS). After service, thousands are left with traumatic injuries that deeply damage their minds, bodies and spirits causing anxiety and depression. Many even lose their will to live. Lifesavers knows that rescued wild horses and wounded warriors can heal each other – we have living proof!
Audience: Moving forward, Lifesavers would like to expand the reach of this program to more audiences, including veterans, couples, at risk youth, team building and more.

The attached logo of the horse outline inside the circle with words "saving wild horses, taming wild hearts" is the organization's current logo. Other samples attached have been used to communicate the Wild Horse Warriors program for different audiences (youth, veterans, etc.). We are looking to use just one logo across all audiences for this one program that captures the spirit of the mustang horse, America's iconic creature, while also emphasizing the uniqueness of our equine assisted therapy program (it's one of a kind).
