What's your vision?
Tagline: One-stop-shop for your motoring needs Accepted File Formats: Photoshop, Illustrator, Fireworks www.MotorTorque.com is an independent motoring news and reviews vertical portal, containing Web 2.0 features such as blogs, video, forums for car enthusiasts. After finalising the colours, layout and design of the re-vamp of MotorTorque (http://www.askaprice.com/torque/motortorque.jpg), we are now in need an attention-grabbing logo. We are seeking a logo that conveys a sense of authority and independence, yet approachable and irreverent, without looking whimsical. Designers should attempt to create a timeless logo, the winning design will be simple, and uncluttered. Designers are encouraged to keep the logo elements to a minimum, and to stay away from a overly-automotive theme, i.e. overuse of steering-wheels, cogs, wheels etc. The logo should contain any, or all of the following colours: Orange R: 256, G: 134, B: 11 Blue: R: 71, G: 143, B: 206 White Restrictions: Logo should have an aspect ratio of 2:1 (e.g 300x150) We like the following logos, although we're not specifically looking for something similar, it may get your creative juices flowing: http://www.topgear.com http://www.indymensmagazine.com http://www.edge-online.co.uk http://www.stuffmagazine.com/index.aspx
