No Flames/Fire in the Logo,
This is encapsulated by 'fire' (because fire implies the exponential spread of something - i.e market awareness, and thus more sales) - but it doesn't mean that 'fire' has to be the pivotal feature of the design. It's the meaning of the fire that ought to be conveyed.
It must be seen as " grown up"
