The target audience is busy couples, busy single individual professionals, and (secondarily) forward thinking, well-to-do baby boomers who do not want to manage their homes.

Calming, secure, friendly, confident colors would work well. It wouldn’t hurt to add an accent that could really evoke inspiration. Fewer colors and simple design will work well (we do not necessarily need a base, accent, and neutral). Possibilities include (but are not limited to): 1. Base: sky blue, navy, black 2. Accent: light gray / maybe green. If you prefer an orange or red accent done tastefully, it could be interesting. 3. Neutral: white / off-white

A combination mark would be ideal (combination of a wordmark and a symbol, so that later if our company is lucky enough to become ubiquitous we could just move to the symbol). While we like the “c2k” lettermark, it is too early in the company’s lifecycle for customers or target clients to be able to identify with it alone (not a great launching point). Ideally, the logo would help the client understand what we do a bit more, but it isn’t necessary if it takes away from the coolness of the design. We like: Minimalist, modern logos. It should convey reliability / peace of mind and warmth at the same time. Favorite fonts include: 1. Sans serif 2. Garamond 3. Fenix STD 4. Bodoni Egyptian Pro 5. FF Din We really do not want: 1. cartoon-like ideas (we are supposed to be reliable) 2. rooflines, houses, and other generic real estate logo features that make us look unoriginal 3. to be too traditional in terms of branding feel (this is a new company of employees ranging from age 25 - 45, and clients are likely to be forward-thinking homeowners who would allow a team to communicate with them via an app and not have to be home for service).
