What's your vision?
Here are some mock up logos that the client was not happy with: http://126.96.36.199/logo/css_logos_05_08.jpg Here are some designs that the client does like: http://188.8.131.52/logo/designs_i_like.pdf (particularly the first and last logos) The things they would like conveyed in the logo are: 1. Security (a shield/badge of some kind or a citadel /fort/ tower) 2. American (either a flag of the US, or some other symbol of America, if possible) 3. Jewish (a tree, a star of David, or something else) Some possible ideas for logos are: 1. A badge/shield and a star (though not necessarily the badge in the first document) 2. A star and a tree (not that tree attached - a new one) 3. A fort with the star The logo should say either "CSS" or "Community Security Service", and should also say "Protecting Jewish Life and Way of Life" And the client would like 2 versions of the logo: One with the tagline, and one without the tagline.

Ella designed a logo that perfectly aligned with what I envisioned, I applaud her insight to translate my vision to reality in all aspects of the design. She was thorough with extremely efficient follow through, and established a partnership to achieve my goals for the contest. I would hire her again, and recommend her work and professionalism to others.
Along the way, they met lots of talented designers…
We think contests are a super fun way to get design.
