Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
We are a church. We are part of the Vineyard movement. (vineyardusa.org) The word 'give' is our imperative, hence 'He gave, so we give'. I'm particularly targeting the 'unchurched' hoping to present an image that communicates a 'come serve with us rather than a consumer, 'yall come and we'll make you happy' one. I'm picturing maybe God's hand coming down from heaven, with a grape cluster (Vineyard) in it, connected to an upper body stick figure of person who is 'giving' horizontally to the needs of the world. One approach I like is found at gatewaypeople.com with a picture-icon-logo, church name and tag line. I am open to something totally different as well. I'd love to have both edgy-cool-young and artsy-beautiful-simple. Easy right?
