$150 "Local Council Jobs" Logo

We are seeing a logo for our new website - Local Council Jobs. The design we are looking for is a crest/ribbon/coat of arms. Something that looks rustic and modern

Local Council Jobs

Local Council Jobs is a new job board for local goverment, councils, and so forth. We are launching http://www.localcounciljobs.com in Australia and New Zealand.

Once the logo has been chosen we may ask the designer to create other advertising material such as stationary and so forth.

Please make sure you read "What I want" and have a look at the samples I like.

- Modern but rustic feel to the logo
- Would like the design wide over high. aka fit 750px wide by 200px high that can be resized for a smaller logo
- Shield/Coat of Arms/Ribbon with...either the website or job board title "Local Council Jobs" or "localcounciljobs.com"
- Optional "Australia
& New Zealand" in the logo
- colours... im looking for something to blend
between old and new.. black, white, grey
- Using a ribbon, leaf and shield maybe..
