A fresh and very different, 'risky' design like no other but she made it nr 1 in the first poll, appreciated by the right target group for my business.
Really excellent work. My expectations are constantly being exceeded. I am very satisfied.
Jana hit the brief from the word go and was very helpful in providing revisions to the design throughout the process. Her communication was clear, concise and her attitude was exactly what we had hoped for. The experience exceeded my expectations.

How Dianne1990 started their logo design journey
Who are you known as?
My Brother's Table
Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
We are a not-for-profit soup kitchen that provides free meals and hospitality to anyone who comes to us. Our meals are served in a large dining room where families, single people, people who are disabled, elders and children all eat together.
We strive to create an atmosphere of kindness and welcome for both our guests and our volunteers. We serve lunch and dinner every day of the year to anyone who comes to us. Our meals are fresh and homemade. While we do sometimes serve soup, we mainly serve wholesome meals that include salads, a main course, fresh vegetables, fruit and dessert.
We refer to our guests as "guests", not as "clients." We are entirely privately funded and have to raise our entire budget each year. Because of the clarity of our mission -- that we serve every person who comes to us -- we are unable to participate in any government or United Way funding. While in some ways it might be easier for us to receive large government grants, we would have to change who we are. Instead of hospitality, guests coming to us would be subjected to questioning about why they are hungry to determine if they are needy enough.
We want to be sure that our logo conveys the work we do, serving nutritious, fresh, quality meals to all, and reflects our values of hospitality and welcome. We want it to be attractive to our guests, volunteers, donors, and people who do not know us yet. We hope that our new logo will be appealing to people who need our help with food, but may be reluctant to go to a "soup kitchen" and that it will convey warmth and caring to potential volunteers and donors.
What industry do you think your business is most related to?
Community & Non-Profit
Logo types to explore
To give us an idea of the overall feeling of your brand, let us know which styles you lean towards
Please use our description of our organization to get a feel for what we are looking for in a logo. We are not sure what exact type of logo we would like, or what colors, we are open to all kinds of ideas. We want our logo to be fresh and enthusiastic as well as warm, just like our great supporters in the community! We had a circle incorporated in our old logo and possibly that could be a good bridge to a new logo, but it's not required. We will comment on any submissions and give the designers feedback about what is working and what isn't. We're really looking forward to our new look. Thank you!
