Services include financial management (bookkeeping, registrations, dues, taxes, etc.), meeting and event planning (across the state of PA and at our beautiful facility), marketing communications (social media, emails, brochures, posters, flyers, websites, etc.), administration (answering phones, customer services, membership drives, databases), strategic planning and campaign development.
Many small associations and non profits don't have the resources (staff and facilities) to meet the needs of constituents. AIM helps them by taking on administrative and overhead, which allows the organizations to be out and about, representing their interests.
Our pledge to customers is to:

Grow their organization
and Protect their identity (independence)
The last one is important because many smaller associations believe they will lost their independence if "managed" by a larger company like AIM. So we strive to assure them that we are a "behind the scenes" organization that is committed to preserving and strengthening their individuality/brand.
We also have to appear "affordable" since our clients are on tight budgets.
