Many public organisations are still running their businesses as if everything can be planned and predicted. The government (and NGO's) determine what services are needed. I teach (public) organisations and NGO's that the information age asks for a different approach. I learn organisations to start conversations with their crowd so they can continuously improve their services. I mainly focus on civic crowdfunding and crowdsourcing policies.
