About us

Wir heben uns von den normalen Immobilien Maklern ab, indem wir die Immobilien, die wir verkaufen im Vorfeld durch Einsatz von eigene Handwerksarbeit in ansehnliche Schmuckstücke verwandeln. In einem begrenzten Rahmen ist diese Leistung kostenfrei. Dadurch gewinnt die Immobilie an Atraktivität und Verkäufer sowie Käufer profitieren gleichermaßen dadurch. Ebenso können zusätzliche Auftragsarbeiten von Käufern und Verkäufern an uns übergeben werden. Wir machen Gestaltungsvorschläge und erstellen neue Grundrisse, veranschaulichen über 3D Visualisierungen im Vorfeld die Wunschvorstellungen der Kunden. Das wichtigste Leitmotiv unsere Arbeit ist ein absolutes faires Gleichgewicht für Verkäufer und Käufer.
