Who are you known as?
Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
Zendo Pen is a writing and editing agency, focusing primarily on research, content and media projects on technology-related trends. We work particularly on the intersection between technology and public policy. How are the changes in today's world, from big data to AI, impacting people's lives? How can organisations navigate the policy challenges of their technologies?
Image wise: Zendo is a Japanese zen hall and any imagery that draws on this Japanese influence would be welcome. It shouldn't bee overly Buddhist, but the tone of Japanese Buddhist art would be welcome. Key visual themes or tones should include clarity, elegance, calmness, order from mess. Other tones should be 'signal versus noise', 'finding order and meaning from mess' and 'editing' raw material into defined shape. Our clients, as background, include organizations like the Financial Times and The Economist Group. The tone should be clean and not too playful or cartoony, but also not too grey and corporate as I also want to work more with start-ups. Key principle is to not be too cluttered. Minimalism is an important principle of editing.

Other color requirements
I like blues, blacks, whites, greys, reds and maybe purple, I don't like orange, pink, yellow, or anything neon/flourescent in vibe

I like the definition of black on red.
Clean, quiet and under-stated
I like architectural blue prints as a vibe and the blue on white colouring in clean.
Clean definition between colours, and I like the broken spaces turning into defined shape.
