Design Welcoming Logo for Historic Oil Region National Heritage Area

We are the birthplace of the oil industry and are congressionally designated like a landmark or national park. Located in northwestern Pennsylvania, we have a rich history dating back to the first oil well in 1859, lots of Victorian-style architecture and now tons of outdoor recreation options including hiking, biking, fishing, kayaking and boating. Small town communities in our area offer a variety of arts and culture attractions. We promote the area for tourism, but also manage its funding, membership, advocacy, etc. Our target audience is history buffs, outdoor rec enthusiasts, and traveling families looking for a low cost adventure.

This logo will be used everywhere from small print advertising to souvenir products to billboards and all over social media. It may be used in conjunction with the logo of our parent organization the Oil Region Alliance of Business, Industry and Tourism, which is included. Some coordination in colors and fonts would be appreciated, but this is not an example of desired style. Self-contained logos that can easily be placed over photos and other backgrounds are preferred.
