Design a logo for a nonprofit group home for young men at risk for homelessness

We provide a group home for independent and community living and adult life skills training for for young adult men (18-25) at risk for homelessness. The target audience is Young men (18-25) who are at risk for homelessness, who's risks either are not manifested and therefore qualify for government support, or whose needs are apparent but not severe enough for government support. Factors that contribute to higher risk of homelessness include mental, intellectual, cognitive disabilities, poverty in the family, single-parent homes, or new immigrants. The young men that we want to serve often need help, but their need is not severe enough for government help, so the burden of the need falls to family members, who often do not have the resources.; A graphic of a tree should be integral to the design. I'd like to communicate deep roots, vibrant and strong foliage, and fruitfulness.

I’m interested in emblem logos and open to word and graphic logos. I would also prefer just using "Orchard" as the text if "communities" can be communicated as a graphic. Attached are documents about the organization. I don't have any existing logos or graphics. A graphic of a tree should be included in the graphic.
