frandesign. exceeded my expectations. Her designs stood out among the many truly excellent options I had because it incorporated the elements I mentioned in my brief with a contemporary, dynamic edge. I looked at it and knew it would not only resonate well on the web, but on the many other applications and marketing materials my business needs. From a design perspective, freandesign knew what I needed more than I did! Working with frandesign. was seamless. She's prompt and responsive to changes. She's perfectionistic and professional. On the occasions when I wanted modifications but didn't have the design savvy to express exactly what changes I wanted, freandsign was nevertheless able to figure out a solution that thrilled and delighted me. She was patient with my need to run design options by my inner circle of advisors. I would work with frandesign. again without hesitation. Exceptionally talented and highly recommended!
very professional designer, understood what I wanted, took initiative, honest, has personality and style. I had a real crush on his work. she is confident and very reactive
She created a beautiful design for our logo for our first business. We returned to her to edit it to logo our new business. She was responsive and easily adapted to our requests.

If I were to choose a genre, or "feel" that I find inspiring, I would say the botanical and animal works of Vincent Cousteau, John Derian and the French artist Pignier. Also Paul Marrot's butterflies. Labels I like include Eight Arms Cellars, Bruce Cost GingerAle, Chanel perfume. All of these artists and labels can be found via google search.
(Alternatively, I also like the vintage 1960s faded beachy bohemian look and feel.)
Another thought I've had is it would be nice to have a graphical element that uses the initials of Petal & Forage (P F) somehow.
