lesley.schmalz got their new logo design by running a design contest:
Custom logo for a Craft Butcher Shop
Check out lesley.schmalz's Logo design contest…
Jägerheim Farm is a livestock (pigs, sheep, goats, cattle, chickens, etc) farm that has an on-site butcher shop that produces artisan meat products with old world flavour and new world quality. We make a concerted effort to use only heritage breed animals for our meat products and use sustainable agriculture practices in raising our animals. The target audience is the conscientious consumer that demands great flavour with low environmental impact. The logo will be used to brand our product on social media marketing, product packaging, and signage.
Other color requirements
We do not mind color in the logo...so, show us what your thinking!
Jägerheim Farm is located near Prince Albert, Saskatchewan, Canada, which is in a geographic region that borders prairie parkland and the boreal forest. We have limited imagination. We would like the design to be unique and something that fits with the name of the farm which translates into "Hunter's Home". But, we like rustic and retro to fit the idea that the consumer is eating a heritage breed animal that is wholesome and tasty...the logo will be used on consumer pkg and there may be opportunity in the future for the winning designer to design pkg for products (think tasty charcuterie product).
