Vector for logo designs

Crescendo Technologies is looking for a new logo and new look for its corporate web site. We are looking for new designs.

We provide custom technology and services to clients who seek cutting edge, robust retail eCommerce solutions.

Most of the content from the current site will be re-written (except for the services section) but will probably provide the following sections:

Services
Technology
News (both corporate and industry)
Contact Information
About Us.

Entrants are advised NOT to try to mimic what currently exists. We are looking for a new look.

Entrants are not expected to provide content, so Lorem ipsum dolor style text is acceptable to show designs.

We are looking for something clean, corporate (yet fresh), and professional. Both 2 and 3 column layouts are allowable. The site should be centered on the page and while graphics are important, they should blend in and be easy to maintain. Clean, crisp colors.

Feedback will be provided by two sources, so we will sign all feedback accordingly. Both sources agree on many design guidelines, but ultimate award of winners will be based on which designs are mutually agreeable.

Content should be provided in vector format. Coded web page design should be based on HTML and CSS.

Per guidelines for contest holders, entrants must attest that they are legal owners of their entries, that they do not use any stock photography or artwork, and that they will assign copyright to contest holders to receive payment.

Best case scenario: a single entrant comes up with the best coded design and the best logo. However, it is a good possibility that we will prefer a logo separate from what is provided by design entrants, so the best web page design will easily allow for different logo types.
