Background / What Logo Should Communicate It's annual review time of year. For most people, it's the 2nd most hated time of the year after April 15th because who likes to write and be reviewed? Performance reviews are painful process that most people just consider a necessary evil. Common words associated with it are: painful, sucks, hate, time-consuming. But then companies say that people are our most important asset, so why does this sentiment not jive with painful, sucks, hate, and time-consuming? And almost all the annual performance review is done near the end of the year since who remembers all the good, bad, and ugly examples that were done earlier in the year when we're all so busy? Our company objective is to solve this problem. We want positive associations with HR. When people see the logo, we want them to think easy, fast, and simple. No more wading through entry or forms after forms. Our company creates a process that demystifies HR and performance reviews so that it's truly a year round process that is pain-free and fair. So no more cramming at the end of the year. We want both the reviewer and reviewee to be in process of mutual respect that is easy to use throughout the year. On a side note, that's one reason why I chose this name is because I didn't want a big, hairy, nasty association with HR. I wanted it to feel manageable, easy, simple, and "tiny."
Logo types to explore
Additional Information The logo for Tinyhr.com that will be used for website, favicon, and app marketing. So whatever is created should have at least one element that can serve all these purposes. For example, Evernote has the green elephant icon for their favicon, app, and website. Twitter has the blue bird or blue t for their website, favicon, and app marketing. Or Hootsuite.com has the owl on their logo, favicon, and app integrated with their name. Also, I can live with or without the ".com" in the logo. But there should be an image and "TinyHR" in the logo. The name can be: TINYhr, TinyHR, tinyhr, TINYhr, Tinyhr, TinyHR.com, etc.
