I am looking for a logo that would look like a modern rendering of a woodcut sign from the late 1800's, early 1900's. I really like the gilding look on the provided Jack Daniel's logo though I think it's excessive for this purpose, and would prefer the namesake be symmetrical (ex: in the sketch I provided).

C monogram logo for visual effects company

I love creating unique monograms so used this approach for Colony Visual Effects. As company is working on visual effects and making impossible stuff, possible, I decided to play with C, made with Escher-esque approach creating bending letter with impossible geometry theme. It works really great with subtle gradient giving this effect another dimension, but it works really great in single color as well. I took extra effort and created couple mockups showing this design used in various situations and in the end payed of.
