Enjoyable process with real talent pool. An_chinh captured my vision with little input and showed a subtle flair my colleagues and I found compelling. Wow!!
We are so happy with our design. Rsing97 was so easy to work with and accommodated every little change we requested. Very talented designer!

Great designer that tried things that the brief didn't ask but were cool. He provided many revisions till I get happy with the results. Happy to work with people like him.

We would like to use a snowflake to show layers of growth that build from the center out. Showing through our organization how new people, new leaders will be developed and who will ultimately train others, it grows outward. There is a common purpose that ties the pieces together. We also want to have the organization's name included as a part of the design "Leading Change Network".
I have attached one idea...it's a clear snowflake but also shows the human part of it - the people.
Finally, we would like to use different colors, other than the typical blue and white snowflake colors in the design.
