Thank you, designers, for your work. I'm trying to be more responsive to your questions. I hope the following helps to clarify things more.
Please avoid obvious references to the mind/head/brain. We’re looking for something that is clean, modern, elegant, with warmth. We lean more toward abstract symbols and shapes. The fact that it’s “34th Street” is not as important. “Counseling” is the most important word in the logo. We’re not fans of symbols replacing letters in the text because that’s typically confusing. This is primarily for a street sign, so ideally it will best fit 3 x 8 proportions and be easily readable from the street, about 20 feet away.
