Shapiro is a financial advisor that will be opening a new branch and will also oversee the family’s 75 year old CPA firm. The group gives people guidance and handles people's money so they can retire well (similar to Fidelity, ameriprise financial, edward jones, or charles schwabe.
The business used to be "Shapiro and Shapiro", because it's been a family run business for 3 generations, but is run by only one person now, so he's changed the name to just "shapiro".
The logo will have to be "Shapiro Financial Group" and will have to include a small line of text that says "AN INDEPENDENT FIRM"
There are actually TWO sides of one business here, the financial advisor business, and the Certified Public Accountant side. It would be great to have one logo that could serve for both sides by just changing the line from "Financial Group" to "Certified Public Accountants"
Would be great if the logo could visually represent that there are 2 sides of one business somehow. Like 2 sides of one coin, or two puzzle pieces that fit together. (not necessarily puzzle pieces).
Design of his logo should be bold showing strength, stability and sturdy.
Likes Color, but No Red or orange. Does like the "color of money" green.
No script font for the primary name, but could use script for a monogram initial.
Legally cannot show dollar signs $ or Arrows pointing upwards or anything that would indicate that this business will make money for it's clients. That cannot be guaranteed so it would be misleeding to indicate as such.
Many of their clients are very wealthy and also run multi-generational businesses. Ages of clients range from 40-80.
