Of the over 100 designs I received for the logo contest, SUHU14 immediately stood out among the rest. He was by far the most talented designer and was extremely responsive through the whole process.
Our design came out better than we could have envisioned. Our designer akagii made the entire process easy. From quickly providing updated designs based on feedback, to delivering an incredible final product.

I would like a very specific type of fish incorporated into the logo, a Mandarin Dragonet. I would like the fish cartoonized like in the examples attached. Unfortunately, the cartoon in the first image is not my design and therefor can't use it in the actual logo, I just added it as an example to show what I'm looking for. I am not sold on any of the colors I used for the text, so feel free to change the colors and font around. Also, you can play with the perspective of the cartoon, ie from the side vs. from the front, or something else entirely. I am really looking for a cartoon Mandarin Dragonet Fish incorporated into the logo, the rest is up to you.
Update: I prefer to have the cartoon drawn in a cute and playful way rather than an exact realistic depiction of the fish. I think in the first example, if you look at how the eyes and subtle smile is drawn this gives a good cute appearance.
